Job Title: Contract Support
Location (primary): Jakarta, Indonesia
- To provide administrative support to the Contract Support Team.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate entry of contract information into the company database system(s).
- Loading and checking contracts in an effective and accurate manner.
- To manage hotels Close outs.
- To manage hotels Rate Revisions.
- Investigate bookings’ issues in an effective and accurate manner.
- To manage other extra tasks assigned by superior.
Essential Qualifications & Knowledge:
- Able to speak, write and read English well.
- Detail Oriented and Meticulous.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Hotel industry background would be beneficial.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Fluent verbal skills and excellent written skills in English.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal departments.
- Analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
